Pokerswap does not allow inflated traffic or redirected traffic. The majority of your poker traffic must be poker related , if Poker Swap has concers about your impressions generated, you agree to provide PokerSwap your server statistics to ensure that your traffic is what you say it is.(Very rare circumstance)

You understand that there are acts beyond our control that may result in server downtime. Such acts may include Tornados, Hurricanes, Earthquakes, Civil unrest, computer glitches, etc
